Minding the Gap: How State AGs Are Reshaping Regulatory Policy in 2026 (August 25, 2026)

Includes a Live Web Event on 08/25/2026 at 4:00 PM (EDT)

As the current Administration has significantly shifted the focus and character of federal regulatory activity, state attorneys general (AGs) are stepping in to shape policy through individual and multistate actions and enforcement.

This session will look at the 2026 AG election landscape and examine how AGs are filling perceived regulatory gaps—driving activity in areas such as consumer protection, data privacy, antitrust, and environmental enforcement. The speakers will also cover the development of enforcement priorities and coordination among states.

Attendees will gain insider insights into how state AGs are likely to continue to impact the regulatory environment and what to watch for in 2026 and beyond.
